With more than 30 years of experience, Erik is a Principal at Plexus R+D, specializing in architecture, interior design, and master planning for projects of all sizes. Throughout his career, he has worked across commercial, corporate, educational, government, retail, and entertainment sectors, collaborating with Fortune 500 organizations to create dynamic, efficient, and user-focused environments.
Erik completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida before earning his Master of Architecture from Princeton University in 1992. In addition to his professional practice, he has taught architecture and design studios at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Southern Polytechnic State University and has served as a guest critic at the Boston Architectural Center.
