The Glenairy Residence is a 5,000 SF home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Located on a steeply sloped lot, the home carves into the ground and utilizes large, tapering retaining walls to mitigate the large change in grade and to stitch the architecture into the site.

WINDOWS + INTERIOR SYSTEMS + INSULATION
The pool was dug out and rebar was set while awaiting window delivery.

A large sliding glass door within the primary bedroom has been installed. This provides access to a covered exterior patio and the highest rear yard level.

EXTERIOR MATERIALS
Scaffolding is set up around the home for exterior stucco installation.

The interior stair stringers are installed with temporary treads and guardrails while the exterior materials begin installation.
Final coats of stucco are installed on the rear elevation of the home. The white stucco roof and gray floor diaphragm of the primary bedroom wing can be seen beyond the pool.
Stucco joints and alignments to window mullions and floor lines were planned prior to stucco work beginning.

Engineered white oak wood flooring has been installed in the main living, dining, and kitchen area. These floors are raw they will be sanded and finished in the future.
