Swift Current Residence.
The Swift Current Residence is a 3,427 SF project that consists of a renovation of the existing structure including an exterior reskinning, new contemporary windows throughout, reconfiguration of existing bathrooms, and a new fireplace. A new 1,100 SF addition was developed to accommodate the new main entry, primary bedroom, and closet. Outside a new pool and jacuzzi as well as new landscaping and hardscape are also part of the project’s scope.
In order to establish a sense of privacy from the street, the main house is situated behind a pavilion that contains housekeeper quarters and is spatially discreet on the main level. The upper level contains the in-law suite and is connected by a fully glazed bridge.
